These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 99aa platform and all related services. By creating an account on 99aa or using the platform, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Source of Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

99aa offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳32,000 → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• 99aa reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of the bonus programme.
• If fraudulent methods are used to claim bonus benefits, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.

5.4 VIP Programme

Weekly cashback is available through 99aa's five-tier VIP programme:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can be automatically promoted to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. The benefits and terms for each tier are set by 99aa and may change.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 99aa:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• Stakes for bets cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

When placing bets on live casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game provider (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe) apply. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined in accordance with the game provider's policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99aa platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Meeting wagering requirements by placing only low-risk bets in a way that goes against bonus terms.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor access the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or attack the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are detected, 99aa will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the funds, and take legal action if necessary.

99aa makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 99aa's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Technical problems with third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where this is due to user negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by temporary platform maintenance or upgrades.
• Natural disasters, government directives, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

99aa will endeavour to provide a fair resolution in all cases. If a gaming outcome is affected by a verifiable technical error, appropriate corrective action will be taken.

9.1 By 99aa

99aa may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• In accordance with directions from a regulatory body.

In the event of account closure where no breach has occurred, verified funds will be returned.
